Our client is leading Cyber Security consulting firm seeking to hire a Cloud Vulnerability Management Engineer to enhance its Vulnerability Management offering toward important customers. This role will be focused on enabling and monitoring the appropriate safeguards and controls in Cloud to ensure customers’ environments are resilient and secure.
Responsibilities:
- Review and improve Azure compliance and security policies, highlight deviations and advise on remediation.
- Work with the Customer’s Cloud team to instate Azure Cloud hygiene best practices
- Analyze, prioritize and report on vulnerabilities identified by Microsoft Defender and Azure Sentinel
- Analyze, prioritize and report on vulnerabilities on OpenShift containers identified by RedHat Quay
- Act as a technical leader in the Customer’s Cloud Vulnerability Management forums
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud administration and security
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Defender for Azure
- Working knowledge of Azure Sentinel
- Experience in multi-regions large scale environments
- Experience in Cloud-hosted containers
- Experience in RedHat OpenShift and Quay
- Ability to obtain a Canadian security clearance
Additional Skills and Experience considered as an asset:
- Azure DevOps
- Vulnerability Management solutions like Rapid7 InsightVM, Tanium Comply or Tenable/Nessus
